A 4000 sq ft remodel and addition to a 40 yr old two-story non-descriptive house with a spectacular ocean view to the back. The main challenge was to fit an almost 1000 sq ft addition and complete remodel on a tight budget, while opening the house to the fabulous views. Through a clever roof design, the New Kitchen, Dining, Kids Bedrooms and Master Suite open to the view and enjoy higher ceilings than the original house, without compromising the view of neighboring properties.
